- conventions.md - PHP/Smarty/SCSS/JS conventions, PS patterns
- testing.md - No automated tests in custom modules
- integrations.md - Allegro, Empik, BaseLinker, shipping, payments
- concerns.md - Override fragility, EOL risk, missing CI/CD
- db_schema.md - Custom tables, modified core tables
