ver. 0.315: fix PDOException w listowaniu atrybutów admin

AttributeRepository::listForAdmin() przekazywał :default_lang_id
do zapytania COUNT które nie używało tego parametru — PDO zgłaszał
SQLSTATE[HY093]: Invalid parameter number.
