Add section titles and offer tiles to the "O Nas" page
...
- Introduced a new section title style with a decorative line above.
- Added a "Kompleksowa oferta" section with detailed product offerings and images.
- Implemented an "Oferta" tile layout for various materials (PVC, Drewno, Aluminium, etc.) with corresponding images and descriptions.
- Created a "Pełna opieka" section highlighting customer support and services.
- Added a "Technologie" section detailing advanced manufacturing technologies and processes.
- Included a "Partnerzy i dostawcy" section listing key suppliers and partners.
- Updated CSS styles to accommodate new sections and improve layout.
